5:00 am here, can't sleep as usual...

Wondering if anyone has a trick to get to sleep easily, I'm having such hard times sleeping at regular hours it's not even fun anymore, feels like a disease...

  1. Yeah, my trick is not to have anything to do during the day. Heh, I've got the same problem.

  2. You should try the 30 mins every 4 hours routine. (Forgot what its officially called), but it gives you more 'deep sleep' than 8 hours during the night.
